Kids love books, we love books and the CustomEyes teams at Guide Dogs is dedicated to ensuring that no vision impaired child is left behind when it comes to reading, whether for school or for pleasure.
CustomEyes provides tailor-made, large print versions of popular and essential reading materials for children and young people aged 0-18 years with a vision impairment, also dyslexia. Schools or parents can specify a range of font sizes, styles, paper-colour and even binding options from over 4,000 current titles that cater for children with sight loss so they can have their own, personal, professionally-produced book, complete with original cover art. As this unique service is provided by the charity Guide Dogs, CustomEyes books are available at the recommended retail price of the standard book, no matter how large the font size.
Customeyes books are recognised by the UKs most popular authors. Renowned children’s author, David Walliams thanked one of our young customers for her book review of his book, ‘Blob’, that was reproduced by the CustomEyes team just for her! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xbmi0ivZ9Mw
